Users can earn points by contributing product information through our app. The product information will be verified, and relevant users’ data will be reanalyzed with improved accuracy. Yes, the 12u12 app is available globally. Currently, we offer English and Chinese versions. We are working on additional languages. If you use a translator to view the 12u12 pages in your selected language, please take into consideration that some terms may not be translated as their intended meanings.

 

The 12u12 app has not been released officially yet. To ensure quality, membership for the initial releases will be by invitation only. If you are interested, please click the Invitation button at the bottom of our homepage. We will send you an invitation to use our app once memberships are available.

 

The browser version of the 12u12 application is compatible with Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. The mobile and the tablet version are compatible with Android and iOS.

When we officially release the 12u12 application, we will provide an icon at the bottom of our homepage to link you to the URL for our app.

 

If the symptom you want to track is not in our database, you can enter it as custom symptom.  It will be analyzed the same way as those in our database.

 

If the product or item you want to track is not in our database, you can enter it as custom item. Custom items lack ingredient details and may lead to less accurate analyzed output or delay in analysis. If the product has barcode or if it is a restaurant food, we suggest you provide the information of this product to 12u12 through the Contribute page in the Tools & Setting section. Once we verify the product information and upload it to our database, we will recalculate and reanalyze your data that are associated with this product.

 

Yes, for the apps or devices that are on our “transferable” list. If the data you want to transfer to the 12u12 app is  currently not on our list, do not worry.  Continue to use the apps or devices as you would normally do and upload those data into the 12u12 system once we add your app or device to our transferable list. 12u12 will reorganize the newly uploaded and the existing data, then recalculate and reanalyze them.

 

No, if you are ok with sharing the login. You only need to create one account for yourself (main user) and add your family members as sub-users. You can enter data on behalf of the sub-users, or you can provide them the account login info for them to enter their data themselves. When the sub-users need their own privacy, use the “Graduate” feature on the Profile page to automatically create a new account with its own login, and turn the sub-user into a main user. The new account will come with all the data you have entered for this individual.

You can install the 12u12 app on multiple devices or use the browser version to access the same account. For privacy purposes, you may want to be selective when you share your login information.

For users who prefer to keep their entries private, you may want to create your own account.

 

You may install a “Panic Button” on your child’s device. Your child just needs to press the Panic Button icon and enter the severity of the symptom.

 

Yes. Use the Join feature on the Profile page of the account that will become a sub-user. Enter the required information and all the historical data will be transferred to the designated main user.

 

Yes. On the Edit page in the My Data section, you can generate reports for the data that you have entered. You can also generate reports for processed and analyzed data on the Analyze page in the same section.

 

Yes, you can enter any missing data for any date through the Input page in My Data section.  You may make corrections through the Edit page in My Data section. We will reorganize, recalculate, and reanalyze your data with the updated information.

 

On the Profile page in the Tools & Settings section, click the trash can icon for the user or sub-user you would like to delete. Due to security reasons, this action is not recoverable. When a main user account is deleted, all personal ID information (if any), email addresses, and phone numbers for the user and all sub-users will be deleted. The point balance on your account will be forfeited with no refund. However, you may transfer your points to another 12u12 user before closing your account.
